We're excited to present the amazing flavours of Malaysia alongside Diana Chan in this unmissable collaboration.
Born in Malaysia, Diana moved to Australia at the age of 18, and was blown away by the fresh produce available. Quickly finding her feet in the kitchen, the self-taught chef won the ninth season of MasterChef Australia in 2017, and has gone on to make a name for herself as a menu designer, product creator, restaurateur and content creator.
